The probe can be connected to GP-Cloud through the built-in 4G modem or via the Ethernet port. You can find the current connection method on the fifth page of the device screen:


When trying to connect to GP-Cloud, a probe shows the "Connecting..." status on the screen. If the attempt was unsuccessful, you can see the "Offline" status on the screen.


Connection methods to GP-Cloud can be configured in the Web Configuration Panel, under the Connection Config section:




Reason 1: Your probe is not added to the GP Cloud.


Solution 1: Contact your GP-Cloud administrator.


Reason 1: GP-Cloud credentials are wrong: URL, Port, and API Password.


Solution 1: Check with your GP-Cloud administrator for the correct GP-Cloud credentials.


When connecting through the built-in 4G modem:


Reason 1: There are no funds on the used USIM card account.

Solution 1: Top up your account :-)


Reason 2: The USIM card's PIN code is activated.

Solution 2: Disable the USIM card PIN using any mobile phone.


Reason 3: Your tariff plan does not support Internet connectivity.

Solution 3: Contact your mobile service provider.


When connecting through Ethernet:


Reason 1: Incorrect configuration of your local network.

Solution 1: Check the correct settings for the IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS. Contact the administrator of your network.


Reason 2: Incorrect configuration of your local network's firewall.

Solution 2: Contact the administrator of your network.
