GP-Probe TGE2 has a built-in module for measuring phase difference between internal and external PPS signals. You can enable the phase measurement function in the configuration panel of the probe:
Reason: External PPS is not coming to the "PPS In" port.
Solution: Check the connection and configuration of your equipment or disable PPS measurement in the configuration panel.
