There are two types of drivers for u-blox GNSS receivers:
- Universal GNSS Driver. A receiver appears in the "Sensors" section of the Windows "Device Manager". This driver doesn't work for us.
- u-blox CDC-ACM Driver. This driver simulates a virtual COM port. This is what we need and it is in the GP-Simulator distributive.

If everything is correct, you will see your u-blox receiver in the "Ports" section:
Sometimes, for some reason, Windows may change the driver. You should uninstall it with all the driver files and install the correct driver. Reconnect the device afterward.
